Open an Account

To have water service turned on, Fairfax Water needs the following information:

• The service address
• The name(s) to appear on your account
• Whether you are buying or renting the property - if you are renting, we will ask for the name and mailing address of the owner or property manager
• Your telephone number(s) 
• The date service should begin - Please note that we do not schedule service requests on weekends or holidays. 
• Your mailing address (if different from the service address)

There are no fees required at the time you place your call. However, your initial bill will include an Account Charge of $29.00.   Bills are rendered on a quarterly basis. Your first bill  will be generated by the next quarterly meter reading scheduled for the property.
